Discovery & Site Walk
We meet at your lot, walk the topography, and tell you what’s actually buildable on the parcel. Free consultation, two hours, no pitch — you leave with a real opinion, not a sales doc.

Design & Pricing Lock
We lock floor plans, finish levels, and total project cost before you sign anything. The number you sign is the number you pay — written into the contract, not buried in the change-order schedule.
Pre-Construction
Permits, soil tests, utility coordination, materials staging — all handled before excavators arrive on site. Your build doesn’t get stalled waiting on a permit we forgot to pull.
Build & Walkthrough
Build phase runs the schedule we promised. Final walkthrough is your sign-off — we don’t leave until the punch list is empty. Then we’re a phone call away for the next year.
